Where You'll Stay

Each resident is hosted on-site at the MAD House for the length of their stay. Every room has been considered on its own terms, chosen for its size, its privacy, and the small details that make a space feel like yours for a season. Utilities and studio access are included in every rate, so the choice comes down to which room fits how you like to work and rest.

Porto

Porto is a small city, but there is always something to discover. With azulejo-lined buildings, the Douro River, and beaches along the Atlantic coast, it has a lot to explore within a short distance. MAD House is in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, cafés, and cultural spaces.

Porto is also home to one of Europe’s largest manufacturing hubs, with factories, workshops, artists, and designers working across the region. It is a great place to learn about craft and design and find inspiration during your stay.
